Public portals for exploring disease-linked regulatory DNA variants characterized by massively parallel reporter assays, funded by NHGRI (U24 HG010856). I designed and developed the ARVID portals.

Portal for regulatory variants linked to polygenic skin diseases and the homeostatic transcription factors that bind them in epidermis.

ARVID-Neuropsychiatry
Portal for regulatory variants associated with neuropsychiatric diseases. I built the portal to present data published by Guo et al. (Nature Genetics, 2023).
